What's being said about the Activist Film Festival:

Ian Lowe ( President Australian Conservation Foundation )says: "I applaud the format which will allow those attending the opportunity to discuss the issues raised after watching the film. I hope it is a roaring success!"
Katie Patrick ( Founder & CEO Greenpages) Says: "I'm sure the Activist Film Festival will help provide the Brisbane community with one of those very important formative experiences we all have when this fighter in all of us gets up and says 'F#*k this, we can make a better world or I'll die trying."

The Activist Film Festival launches with a program noting the interdependance of long term environmental health and the health of independent expression and representative democracy.

Pending a successful launch year in 2011, we will expand to call for amateur and professional short and feature activist documentary submissions in 2012.
