Greenfest is a UNEP Art for the Environment event and will open on World Environment Day with a free to the public concert to celebrate our hopes for the future, in the City Botanic Gardens 12 midday to 10:30pm, Friday 5th June.

There will be another free concert on Saturday 6th June to celebrate Brisbane and the States 150th birthday, presenting the best of Brisbane's emerging musical talent and guests. Bringing the freshest musicians and artists together with the sharpest thinkers in industry in one place is our practical way of doing something about the unprecented alignment of environmental and econmic opportunity. In 2008 we saw the positive vibes of emerging music driving great interaction between all ages and communities and look forward to nurturing this every year.
