This grassroots community action for change has brought people together from every corner of our city, economy and country to share how they care for our future.

 

 

Greenfest is afree to the public and located in Brisbane's prime inner city outdoor venue, South Bank Parklands.  The area averages 20 000 people visiting per weekend before promotion.  

At Greenfest you can get creative with the outdoor location, cultural approach to the festival and affordable exhibtion prices. We are here to help you plan and achieve a most successful and memorable event.  

Greenfest's rich, free entertainment across three venues, extensive event promotion, media partnerships and focussed message all contribute to positioning  your product with community leadership status for a forecast 50000 visitors over three days 10-12 October 2008.

Apply to exhibit , pricing is well below standard exhibition pricing to encourage participation and facilitate access for new ideas.  There are a limited number of cost only sites for charity, conservation and cottage industry.

 

  • Standard 3x3m Tent:  
    • $1320 (incl GST) for 3x3m tent, tressle table, light, 2 chairs and green power connection.  Additional for flooring if required  
    • Cottage industry supported by allowing sharing of 3x3 tents.
    • Co-op tents for creative communities by application
  • Custom spaces: 
    • From $100/m2 for larger custom space only
    • Larger and different tent configurations available, please just apply with request  
  • Marketing campaigns for your product through media partnerships also available.

There are four exhibition areas blended over the cultural canvas of Greenfest, the exhibtion areas are:

  1. Food (Green Bake): Organic food, organic accreditation is essential for exhibiting
  2. City Transport (Green Motor Show): Lowest greenhouse gas emitting cars, bikes, share cars, public transport and walking
  3. Careers & education (Green Career Show): Companies offering greener careers, institutions offering greener career education
  4. Mall (Green Street Mall): all other greener products from solar energy to fashion, gadgets, home improvement, travel, health, recycling and more
