Pam McGann, the Director of Siham Craftlink which was founded in Brisbane nine years ago, works very closely with the fair trade Producer Organisations. Where possible the artisans and producer Organisations are visited regularly. The heart of Siham Craftlinks business is the artisans. Our commitment is to provide wherever possible ongoing orders for the very talented and creative artisans. This insures that the most vital income will always be available. Dignity and respect within their families and communities is then forthcoming. Purchasing fair trade craft does empower the most vulnerable and poorest of the producers fortunate to be part of this unique trading system.
