Often sustainable projects are viewed as being purely focused on minimising negative impacts on the environment - this is a huge benefit of the practise, but does not fully represent the far-reaching and enduring impacts of such developments on a community.

Sustainable developments aim to find innovative ways to meet the needs of communities today, without compromising the needs of future generations. ARIA considers the economic, social and environmental impacts of each project, resulting in leading developments that continue to add value to communities for years to come.

It is this vision for creating developments that will continue to strengthen and enhance communities that drives ARIA Property International. This vision is realised by following a framework of careful planning, legislative requirements and management programs. These include:

ARIA Environmental Management System: This set of codes and practices ensures all employees, stakeholders, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors are aware of the development’s focus on sustainability. This helps to minimise waste and conserve resources.

ARIA Sustainable Rating System: This guide assists to measure the sustainability initiatives of each ARIA Property International project. It is also used to help future residents within our communities create smarter homes both inside and out that have a level of consciousness about the environment. Incentives are offered by ARIA to those who reach certain levels in the rating system.
