The situation is dire on the farm for the Rohanfamily. Cathy (Mother) is fatally ill, father died in the war and the three children are left to run the farm. Whilst the two brothers (Andyand Sam) are ploughing the field, their tractor breaks down. All sources of livelihood come to a grinding halt. Is it all doom and gloomor or will their resourceful nature come through in the end?
