Finding You Fitness

Hello,
Since our last Greenfest I have been working towards creating exercise that assists our physical health and works towards refreshing the mind and keeping our spirit shining.
I would like to invite you to come along to Greenfest 2009 and try a workout which takes you on a journey of the body, mind and spirit. The Around the World WIGWAM involves an eight week fitness course which takes you on a journey whilst providing an energy boosting workout.
We commence our journey in Australia, with exercise and music themed to our lovely land, and then take off around the world, without physically leave our Brissy backyard - we make it happen right here in the local cultural hub we are so lucky to live within!
Experience Irish culture with an energetic dose of tap dancing, travel to exquisite Japan and indulge in the fine arts of Karate, then swing over to Russia and its heart-pounding kettlebell action. We do it all and much, mouch more.
The WIGWAM's eight week course will provide you with a physical workout, peace of mind and a sense of truly living! I welcome you to come along and join me in what I promise will be eight weeks of great memories and possibly an introduction to a new way of exercising for YOU.
I am fortunate to have the opportunity to be able to share a taste of the WIGWAM with you at this year's Greenfest. Welcome, I hope you can come and join me over the weekend's journey!
Here's what I am bringing to this beautiful city of Brisbane, and to our Greenfest community.
Saturday 6th June
Hatha Yoga (11am) Runs for one hour
Journey to Exotic India and harmonise the mind and body through conscious breath. This session draws the body into alignment, provides flexibility and balance through physical postures, and builds a deep level of relaxation into our system. Set to a backdrop of Sitar and other ancient instruments to truly enliven and regenerate the body and mind, we will renew the system, and enhance energy and mental balance.
Rumble in the Jungle (4pm) Runs for half an hour
Come back in time and feel the true rawness of when boxing began. Set to a backdrop of Djembe drummers, this session will invigorate and set the spirit soaring.
Sunday 7th June
Aligning the planet Meditation (4pm) Runs for one hour
Run by Ken Warren of Lightworkers Cottage, come join us in giving thanks for this special weekend and help create energy to revitalise and bring peace to the planet and its people.

Oh! And if this isn't your cup of tea, I also do a variety of one-on one Personal Training sessions. These sessions focus on encouraging your character and expanding your freedom.
