ecoMaster

ecoMaster enhances your building's thermal performance, energy efficiency and water usage, allowing you to be 'comfortably green'.
At Greenfest, we will be displaying our 'Home Sustainability Assessor Training Course' which we are offering throughout Australia. ecoMaster is operating as a training provider on contract from the Australian Government. We have been selected because of our extensive expertise in the area of assessment and retrofit services, combined with a strong training background.
Why are Home Sustainability Assessments required?
A Home Sustainability Assement will be required before a householder can become eligible for a *Green Loan. This is to ensure that the home owner is fully aware of their options before embarking on any expense and maximises the outcomes for themselves, their operating costs and the environment.
What does the assessment cover?
The assessor will be looking to recommend ways to improve thermal performance, energy efficiency and water efficiency through behaviour change and retrofit options. Reports will be generated from the government website. The assessor will not be required to write the report.
*The Federal Government is launching the $10,000 low interest green loans in 2009 - as per the announcement in the 2008-2009 Budget. There will be 200,000 x $10,000 low interest loans granted over a 5 year period.
