Byron Bay Chili Company began selling salsas and tacos at the Byron Markets in the early nineties. Since then their range of chilli sauces, salsas, hot sauces, bbq sauces and chips has grown to include thirteen products.

Their sauces are well known for their excellence around the world, having won numerous awards in Australia, the USA and the UK.

They will be selling their sauces at Greenfest, and cooking fish tacos on the BBQ.
