SolarGreen will appear at this year’s Greenfest, and we invite you to visit us in our solar powered trailer so you can see the advantages Solar Power in action, being used to operate computers, lights, fans, and a kettle, (yes we make our own coffee/tea).  All of this is powered by a single 175W Suntech solar panel attached to a battery bank and converted for AC use by a Latronics 1200 PV Edge inverter.  

By visiting our trailer, people can see firsthand how the systems run on a small scale. This will enable them to ask the questions in regard to the savings and the simplicity of installing a solar system to their own home or business, so they too can reap the rewards of being green. 

SolarGreen was founded by Mr Bruce Mitchell who has 30 years experience in the building industry. Bruce is passionate about sustainability and the preservation of the environment.  Bruce has conceptualised and is building Australia’s first carbon neutral Environmental Industrial Estate, and is the country’s first industrial property to gain 6-leaf accreditation from the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
