What we do?

We import and install electric components to take a petrol powered Suzuki, (or most small cars) to run on electric motors and rechargeable batteries. 

The components are the result of collaboration of manufacturers overseas, and enthusiasts in Australia.

We are now in a position to offer these as a drive in, drive away installation.

Our aim was to offer an affordable system now that could be upgraded later on to better batteries, as these become economically viable, and to offer an environmental car option, that most people could afford.

Dc was the answer using AGM batteries. These batteries are readily available and quite reliable. While not holding as much charge as the more expensive lithium style batteries they are far cheaper and will give a reliable 100-140km range between charges. Most daily drivers/run-abouts will not need more than that range. The controller is a state of the art programmable computer control that we access and program for best economy and speeds upon installation.

The system runs a 96 volt power supply which is made up of 8 x 100amp 12v batteries. A single 12 volt battery is installed to run the cars other devices such as lights, wipers, heater, etc. Power assisted brakes are maintained by a 12 volt vacuum pump and cylinder.

The installation has onboard battery charger 96V and a dc to dc 12v charger to keep the 12v system fully operational.

All components are tried, tested and proven items that should give years of trouble free service. The brushes are replaced after approximately 70, 000kms. Apart from that, there's minimal expense to maintain the electric drive system.

At this stage, we are doing Suzuki Swift 89-98 version as an "off the rack" style install but we can look at any suitable vehicle a client has in mind.
