From Ireland, ALAN BOYLE has played on stages in DUBLIN, ROME including the FESTA DELLA MUSICA in FLORENCE. His first five-track EP SHALLOW HEART was recorded at Pulse Studios in Dublin shortly before moving to BRISBANE. New to town Alan has already played the Woodford Folk Festival, been judge winner of the ACOUSTIC IN THE PARK and finalist in the QPAC singer-songwriter showcase. He has been engaged to play in the ACOUSTICS ON SUNDAYS program at BRISBANE CITY LIBRARY in April this year, and is also busy writing new material for a new EP due for recording and production later in 2008.... ALAN BOYLE has a sound and style all his own, he now lives and gigs here and sees Brisbane as one of the most vibrant emerging music scenes in the world.
