World’s fastest electric car at Greenfest!
Greenfest, Australia’s largest free green festival is on at the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens 5-7 June. The festival commences on World Environment Day, Friday 5th June and amongst the 200 exhibitors will be the Tesla Roadster, an electric car which goes from 0-100kmph in 3.9seconds.
Greenfest is about bringing people together to participate in constructive climate change action; sharing hopes, ideas and innovations to build new change capable networks. With over 200 exhibitors from organic food to fashion and home improvement to transport and education, Greenfest offers the opportunity for busy people to review a broad range of innovations in one place at one time. The Tesla Roadster is presented as an example of resurgent innovation to win the race against climate change amidst many other innovations from local and global industry.
Aiming to impact behavioural change the festival has a very strong cultural program with music, food, film and workshops presented on 4 stages over three days. - Workshops: from high level explanation of CPRS to practical recycling with Life Line

- Film: Byron Bay Film festival is screening a free to the public best of festival screening on Friday 5th June 6-10pm. Heart of Gold Film festival will be screening a free to the public best of festival show on Saturday 6th June 6-10pm.
- Healthy Life: Healthy Planet: Healthy food, fitness, fun and social interaction provides the foundations for things to work out right. We have yoga, organic food, kick boxing, footy skills, interactive art, broad range of workshops to encourage understanding and action.
